Do you wish to study or are already studying at a public TVET college and come from a family with an income of R350 000 or less, there are about 50 registered public Tvet Colleges which operate under the auspices of the Departments of Higher Education and Training.
Because some students face financial difficulties when it comes to colleges, Tvet colleges in South Africa have made it possible for its students to apply for the NSFAS bursaries and funds so students get the sound of mind to read their courses. The NSFAS is the National Students Financial Aid Scheme, a financial hub that provides financial support for South African students.
The Nsfas application open for the 2023-2024 academic period will start on the 2nd of November 2022 and will be closing on the 7th of January 2023 therefore all who are interested should in a haste submit their applications through their official website or the regional offices. Which Colleges Students Are Eligible To Accept Nsfas 2023-2024
All the Tvet Colleges in South Africa have now made it possible for their students to apply for the Nsfas funds, but applicants must fall within the following categories:
All South African citizens
All SASSA grant recipients qualify for funding
Applicants whose combined household income is not more than R350 000 per annum
The person with a disability: Combined household income must not be more than R600 000 per annum
Students who started studying before 2018 whose household income is not more than R122 000 per annum.

Nsfas online application date for 2023 will be opened from the 2nd of November 2022 and will be closing on the 7th of January 2023. All students who want to apply must do that within the application date.
