All South African University and college students who meet all the requirements of Nsfas can apply for the Nsfas funds. Currently, Nsfas is accepting applications for the year 2023-2024, therefore all those who are interested are invited to apply online now.

 

It is straightforward and easy to apply for the 2023 academic year’s Nsfas, but since it will take a while to hear from them, you may be anxious to know if your application was successful or not. The process by which applicants of Nsfas track the progress of their application is termed My Nsfas application status check.

The 2023-2024 Nsfas applications will be opened on the 2nd of November 2022 and will close on the 7th of January 2023, therefore all applicants are urged to apply within the application period.

• Visit NSFAS Application 2023 website: www.nsfas.org.za/apply-2023.
• Then, you click on the ‘myNSFAS’ tab.
• Create a myNSFAS account.
• Click on the ‘APPLY’ tab.
• Update your personal information.
• Answer the questions you see on the screen.
• Upload all the required supporting documents.
• Finally, click on submit
