The National Student Financial Aid Scheme provides financial help to qualified students for a specific number of years, based on the type of qualifications and the type of funding. Fresh or new students who have just been enrolled or first-time applicants of Nsfas(who may be in school already but have not applied for Nsfas before) are permitted to apply for the Nsfas.
